Beautiful Bedrooms, a London-based company specialising in bespoke fitted furniture, aimed to increase lead generation through modernising their online presence and improving their marketing strategy. Their goals included enhancing the website’s aesthetics to better highlight their USPs, and integrate marketing tools to boost customer engagement and conversion funnel rate.

research & analysis
Firstly, the existing Data Analytics were collected and user behaviour was analysed, identifying the following pain points:

Cluttered navigation menus.

Feedback from customer reviews highlighted the company’s strengths in quality and customer service, which were not adequately showcased online.

User Flow & Navigation
By placing prominent CTA buttons on the homepage and adding contact forms on key pages, we reduced the obstacles from homepage to enquiry. We made further navigation improvements, simplified the menu structure and categorised products more sensibly.
User Interface
We conducted a subtle overhaul of the user interface, introducing a bit of colour contrast on product offerings and adding banners which highlighted the company’s exceptional service.
MARKETING
Email Campaigns
This phase involved integrating an email marketing platform for automated marketing campaigns, product promotion, and follow-up design consultations.
Performance Tracking
Analytics were set up to monitor user engagement, including session duration, pages per session, and exit rates. We also monitored email marketing performance, with specific attention to unique open rates and click-to-open rates, unsubscribe rates and conversion funnel metrics from initial email through website visit to consultation.
